Hi,

If you want rock solid X10 and BBSB, Cbus included, and can live without
ZWave and Idratek, then Harmony
2007<http://www.domialifestyle.com/Harmony2.asp>might
fit the bill!

Harmony was built around X10 (back in the day).

Parent company owns and runs BBS, so we have tight integration between
Harmony and BBS

X10 and BBSB are supported on Home Edition (=A320).

CBus require Installer edition, normally =A3120, but I might be able to cut
you a deal if you're interested.
