I was with Eclipse for years.  I was having the same evening time
issues, meaning PS3 online gaming was very poor for example.

I moved to the O2 deal (first 3 months free and =A317 per month there
after=
).
I got great service during the day time...

That doesn't even paint the full picture.  I became slow just to load
a web page, never mind watch iPlayer or YouTube.  Luckily I was in the
30 day 'happiness guarantee' so I was able to get out without cost -
plenty are stuck in this nightmare with a year to serve (this was the
'Access' product, the non-LLU one)

With the advice of the guys in the UKHA IRC channel I have now moved
to http://www.aaisp.net.uk - back to =A330
/ Month though.

I've only been on since last Wednesday but so far so good.
