Glad I could help.
Best way to fit them is to make a jig for a router and cut the long
obround.  Then a smaller jig to cut the deep mortice then square off the
mortice corners.  That way you get a very neat installation.

Thanks for that link - that helps a lot, it is exactly what I was looking
for. When I looked, I could only find the hideously expensive alternatives.

It would have been nice to fit on my internal doors when I did the install,
but I may look at a retrofit now! I am definitely going to get one for my
workshop...
