recommendations for small form factor PC/mainboard

I know quite a few of you here have small form factor PC's and VIA
mainboards etc - I need to move my Linux based firewall/router/bonded ADSL
box to a smaller, newer enclosure.

Something low power/efficient would be good. Trouble is, the box has 3 x
Sangoma ADSL PCI cards in it for the ADSL bonding.

Rack mount would also be good - but I'm wondering if anything exists that
can squeeze 3 PCI cards into a smaller enclosure?
