Popcorn Hour and "My Lil Movie Jukebox"

Have just bought my 1st Popcorn hour and have been playing with my lil
movie jukebox

I deliberately didn't get one with a hdd as i didn't want any noise or heat
and wanted to reduce power consumption, and don't have any other use for a
hdd in it

So am testing mlmj on a usb stick instead

But to have it launch i have to select the usb stick in the sources list

Was wondering if anyone could advise if it (or any other front end for the
pch) launches automatically if the files are on an actual hard drive
please?
