OK, Thanks Mark

I did try speaking to Computer Unlimited following my previous post a
few weeks ago but they are only the wholesaler and won't deal with end
users.

I'll speak to the retailer, who has already contacted me off list
anyway, and see what can be done.

All very frustrating though, leaving me somewhat less than impressed!!
