You don't need an account (pay cash or card), just walk in and usually you
can negotiate a discount if you buy a reasonable qty.

Can't remember exact cost but they sold it per metre.
Be careful not to cut your fingers up when cutting or terminating it
though,
the armoured strands are sharp!
