Mark,

Have a look at the www.gbpvr.com website, the software runs on a PC as it
uses dotNet. The interface is skinable so you can stikc with the default or
go with one of the 3rd party skins:

The PCH just becomes a client but uses the capability of the Sigma chip for
the hardware decoding.
