I am thinking of adding some curtain control in the near future, could
you explain how it is achieved with a simple cbus relay.  I thought I
would need one of the new cbus blind and shutter control relays?

Hi Rob,



The RACUB should be fine to control the 5090, I use the 5090 on most
jobs and control them from a c-bus relay or comfort.

The RACUB looks to be a zero volt relay.

All you need to do is just cut the switch off that comes with the 5090
then connect the green and yellow wire across the N/O relay.



I do sell Silent Gliss products if you would like me to quote for
anything.

I've been looking at the Silent Gliss Autoglide 5090 system but I have a
few questions that hopefully someone can answer.

I have Rako controlled lighting in use in the room I would like to use
these curtains motors, but I'm not sure whether the 5090 basic model
will be compatible with the RACUB.

If it is compatible, and if I wasn't worried about independant curtain
control, could more than one 5090 be used with a single RACUB?

Can anyone recommend a competitive supplier?
