Yes sort of..
..you can specify textual filters to be applied to the filenames, so as
long as people use filenames/torrent names that contain standard phrases
you can do it.

For example I always have the filter "(.avi) & !(HD  720)"
meaning the file has to have ".avi" somewhere in it (hopefully
the extension) and not have "HD" or "720". I do this
because I'm downloading for playback on a SDTV not a HDTV.
