FW: CurrentCost - Accuracy?

Hi Craig,
Just catching up on mail having been away.

I've got an electrisave that I bought a while back and then e-on sent me a
badged currentcost. The currentcost does seem to read low.

At the moment I have 1.61kW on the electrisave and 1.32kW on the
currentcost. The figures on them don't change at the same time (I guess due
to when samples are taken?) but the currentcost always shows a lower
reading. The gap seems to get bigger as the power usage goes up (currently
2.18/1.63).

Installation is OK.

Understood. Also, the CurrentCost is only taking a sample every 6 seconds,
so I was expecting some difference, but not as high as 50%

Still interested to hear from anyone that has current cost installed on the
accuracy of their installation. Maybe take a meter reading when you install
your current cost (you are at the meter any way :) ) , and another reading
+7 days and +30 days, and compare what the CurrentCost says?
