It's the Daily Mail that automatically makes it bulls**t. What it
probably means is that the EU has decided to raise the requirements
for being energy efficient and that some tw*t at the dail fail has
decided that they haven't got a story about foreigners stealing our
jobs so twisted the facts to fit their "it's someone else's
fault"
attitude.
