UPNP / DLNA age restrictions on content?

Hi All,
Happy New Year!
I seem to be acquiring UPNP media clients at a rapid rate.
But I have been googling but can't seem to come up with an answer to my
question.
Can you restrict access to certain media by say pin protecting certain
folders etc. Also is there any way of say preventing playback of TV
recorded
after 9pm without a PIN/password?
All of this seems like a basic requirement of something like UPNP and DLNA,
but I can't seem to find much information about it.
Any pointers welcome.
