Subject: [ukha_d] Getting data out of 'CurrentCosts' with on a Mac.

Hi all,
I'm jumping in at the deep end here and having a pop at trying to get
data out of my brand new 'current costs' unit and to make things a
little more of a challenge, I'm doing on me (borrowed) mac!

So far, from what I've read on google, a 'quick' method seems to be to
use the 'screen' command at a terminal screen, 'screen /dev/
tty.usbserial 9600' but thats erroring out and not displaying anything.

I've guessed at a few baud rates but each come back with the same
error 'could not find a pty' ;-o -

ok maybe a bit too tech for the general list - but the short version,
has anyone got any code snippets they dont mind sharing (if its mac
based all the better :))

I'll shut up now :)

Cheers
Wayne.
(Currently on 2.89 kwatt!! - (no pun intended!))
