Church Multimedia/Projector Set Up Advice...

Hi there and greetings from a new member...

First Q is not really 'home' automation, but rather church automation!

Been asked to set up an unattended projector display in an old church.
Committee would like
a touch screen display that would then give visitors option of playing a
short video, displayed
from a roof mounted projector. They also want it to be versatile enough to
play presentations
off laptops from guest speakers (most likely RSPB talks etc).

First prob that I guess has been encountered by group members is how to
safely start and
stop/power down the projector. The major part of the system will be to
prevent the general
public from fiddling with the unattended set up, hence the touch screen
idea.

Any advice and info gratefully received.

Thanks

Dave
