Re: what IS the 'Unbioctium'

Do you have mutiple CT's then on different consumption circuits ?

The way to connect two sensors to one display is via the extra current
transformers supplied with a jack plug that plug into the end of the
existing black box. YOu then get two electric bolt graphics to left.
Once connected you get the power outputdata sent individually and
correctly by the XML data but it is summed by the display as it treats
it as three phase. If you connect two black boxes transmitters then
the default pairing of the new CC128 to the boxes causes an alternation
of the sensor display as each one transmits - very easy to see as the
display switches readings - and of course this messes up the cumulative
figures. The FAQ says you can overcome this this by redoing the
pairing setup. Strangely I dont think you can use the CC128 to
actually monitor two different circuits by a button selection regardless
of whether its two sensors to one transmitter or two transmitters. You
need to be using the XML reports. Of course using one transmitter to
two remote displays should give identical results.

On my older CC my accuracy seems about 25% off cf the official
metering. I haven't had the new one long enough to see if it's any
different but I can't see any reason why it should be as the transmit
data is sourced the same. What I have noticed is that at low KWHR -
switching on a 60W light might increase the reading by say 55 W but
switching it off might only reduce it by 30W - not sure why this is and
there are so many other possible causes I never bothered to see if it
was really consistently happening.
