Yes, that's what I've ended up doing.

I wanted something that didn't impact on WAF though as all the AV stuff is
controlled using the "activities" on a Harmony 885.

I've used a couple of HomeEasy modules which the Harmony controls by
IR->SqueezeBox->xAP->xPL->xPLRFX->RFXCom->HomeEasy.

Works well apart from a few seconds delay introduced at the start of the
activity, but it's barely noticeable.
