Hi,

SWMBO wants one of these

http://www.iconappliances.co.uk/index.php?target=manufacturers&manufacturer_id=61&gclid=CLjtxp6QzZgCFUsI3wodwHLi0w

or

Instant boiling water straight from the tap - anyone got any
experience of them - £650 sems to be about the going rate - does that
sound reaonable?

- hese appear to just be an under surface mounted version of the wall
mounted water boilers you see at lots of offices. You (or someone else) do
have to maintain them and it all depends on what your water tastes like-
it's very rare you get a good cup of tea out of one, although coffee is
generally ok.
