Myotherdrive and Mac

Is anyone using myotherdrive.com for storage backup and performing
unattended backups on a Mac?  Their useful FAQ says "...our software
can
create the Windows Scheduled Task to perform the backup. If this is a
Mac or Linux computer, the command line to run the backup is shown.
Create a scheduled task to run this command line."

I got that far, then got completely stuck - I've only had my Mac three
days now!  Google searches don't help.  I got into Cron jobs, which failed!

If anyone else has been sucessful, could you point me in the right
direction?
