You could do that with one of the add on clamp meter type products. eg.
CurrentCost has a serial port on the back that you can glean power usage
data from in an xml format.
Alternatively, AlertMe will have a current clamp accessory out sometime
soon (ish). Data export via the API ought to be fairly easy to achieve...
