Have a look at BreezeBrowser Pro - (http://www.breezesys.com). It has some
specific tools to allow you to adjust the time stamp by relative amounts. I
use it when I've forgotten to adjust the cameras are the clocks have gone
back/forward ie just tell it to adjust all the timestamp forward by 1 hour.
The downside is you have to pay for it, but there is a free trial.
