Not sure if you found something suitable for the batch imaging but I found
this info on the ImgBurn site:

I'll probably have a crack at it myself now too as I've been doing a number
of builds and it takes a while and is basically a bit of a pain. But having
done the manual bit, it seems that ImgBurn is pretty reliable so I'm happy
to have a crack with a batch file.
