RE: Seeking longer IDE cable



Now I am thinking in terms of orignal IDE and back 15 years when I was
a
technician. Whats the reason you cant get them off ?

I havent seen ata-133 type connectors for sale anywhere, If you know of a

place I would love to know since I have a couple of too long cables I would

like to put a plug on closer and prune down to size and all attempts at

pulling them off have failed L

You could buy an idc connector, although a press tool is usually used you

can carefully use a vice. You can also undo the existing one and move it.
