if you get into your router administration console, you can set up who
and
when networked devices accessed to the INTERNET.
I think this is a feature pretty much any router has, in the console, by IP
or MAC address you can apply rules to the computers. Also you can filter
Internet access by several criteria like a word, a web site, etc etc.
What is the make and model of your router?
