[OT] multi video conferencing?

Does anyone here use a video conferencing app that allows multiple (up
to 4 or 5 say) participants to video conference with each other?

I've tried a few progs and services but all haven't been very good yet.

Ideally:

1)      It's a free service
2)      Easy to setup and use
3)      Allows advanced features such as screen sharing etc
4)      Works on MAC and WINDOWS - really important!!!

I know there are several paid services but wanted to explore free if there
are any first...
