XBMC Digital Audio Out - Anyone got a spare hi def connection kit?!

Hi all,
Have tried a second xbox, a different amp and still not getting
digital audio from xbmc, the only common item left is my official MS
breakout box.  I can see the little red light in the optical cable so
its physically working but looking to get a replacement to rule that out.

Anyone got one spare they'd consider selling? It's the one with
component video and optical audio!

Also if anyone got any tips apart from the settings in the MS dash and
within XBMC that be great.
