You might want have a look at the Europlex Signet 300...

This is our favoured panel for our customers wanting more control of their
system.

Functions include :-

Ethernet connectivity, In built web server with user and engineer access
giving full set/unset/status/logging capabilities.

SMS via Add-on Modem (in panel) allows various levels of reporting to
users/engineers

X10 interface etc.

Fully NSI/NACOSS compliant to Grade 3

Keypad can incorporate Prox fobs/RF keyfobs etc.

I'm looking for a new alarm panel, one that will allow remote monitoring
(by
me, not a 3rd party company). I'm sure I've seen somewhere that the
Viewsonic Powermax can send alerts to email addresses, SMS and, more
interestingly, a web app ... but now I can't find that reference anywhere
(I
think it was on a 3rd party site, not the official site), is this true?

Failing that, what other alarm panels are on the market that provide this
kind of functionality?
