OT : O2 Broadband Ts and Cs - conflict

  • Subject: OT : O2 Broadband Ts and Cs - conflict

Was thinking of signing up to the O2 broadband - as a PAYG customer.
The
webpage says you have to top up every so often - but the Ts&Cs during
the
order process do NOT mention this at all.

But, in other parts of the O2 website, there are extracts from some other
Ts and Cs which does state you do need to top up every now and again.

So, which document do you believe - I would say the one linked to you
during the order process surely ? This is the document link you get during
the process -
https://www.o2broadband.o2.co.uk/html/standardTermsConditions.html?KeepThis=true&TB_iframe=true&height=450&width=533
- the link is "View Full Terms" at the bottom of the page during
the order
process.

But this link - http://www.o2.co.uk/termsconditions/broadband
- is
different Ts & Cs
