If your going to use bittorrents (using any client) then you really NEED to
Also install PeerGaurdian2. This blocks loads of known IP address such as
Movie companies, FAST, etc and so stops them "seeing" the files
that your sharing. Its increadably lightweight and I've had it running on a
P3 600mhz pc and it never used more than 1% of the CPU !
