Solar charger with mains backup?

Hi all,

Basically I've been thinking about putting a solar electric system in
the garage, to power the lighting and stereo, and may be some other
little things too.

I already have a good selection of spare car batteries, and spare car
stereo/speakers.

One thing I don't want, is to have the lights suddenly go out when the
battery is flat... so does anyone know of a solar charger controller
that has got mains backup function when battery is low please?
