So after more than a year in the building, my new node0 is almost
ready for the big switchover and stocking with all the goodies that have
been de-commissioned while the build was in progress. The biggest thing I'm
looking forward to is the re-instatement of whole house audio - I've really
missed whole house announcements like telephone caller info etc via James'
great xAP switchboard app :-)

Anyway, a few BT/ADSL questions before I start in earnest:

1)	ADSL leads - is there any problem running the ADSL portion of the output
from an ADSL filtered telephone socket longer distances through Cat5? It'd
be approx 20m only though. Is there a preferred way of running this through
particular twisted pairs? I presume only two conductors are used in the
ADSL output anyway???
2)	Anyone got the wiring diagram/connection diagram for telephone over Cat5
if using the Cat5 to BT adaptors (which I have but have never used) i.e.
which Cat5 connectors do the two BT line feeds go onto?

More pics of the build/new node0 will follow probably next week...

Paul.
