I knew if I kept that old 5.25" high density floppy drive, I'd
need it
sooner or later...
...OK it was later, or rather a lot later.. 12 years maybe, but anyway I
digress...
A friend of mine has just found some old 5.25" floppies in a house
move,
which have some important stuff on, I've got the drive to read it, but I've
rather carelessly binned the floppy cable to connect the drive up. No not a
'normal' floppy cable but an olde style one with the big PCB edge connector
type of plug...
I don't suppose anyone has one kicking around they want to lend/sell ?
