I agree with Piers - need CPU on board at a bare minimum.

I'd try *just* mobo + cpu + Seaker (no graphics card, no RAM) 1st - if it
doesn't post (beep at all) - mobo / CPU are likely to be toast.

If it does *something*, add RAM, and the post-code should change.

next, add graphics card - and if you're a lucky chap, you'll have a working
system.

proceed to add hard + optical disks and away you go.
