Good Morning.
Our son lives in Japan and uses broadband and a 42 inch LCD screen for TV.
He is having some pause / mosaic problems with standard RGB output driving
the TV and wonders if a decent video / graphics card would help.
Computer is new (so "reasonable spec." but I don't know the
details). Broadband is very fast (by UK experience standards).
Will a decent card help fix the problem? If so, recommendations appreciated
for a suitable card with HDMI output.
