RE: Interesting data/power sockets

Guys, it is funny you mention this...

Am I allowed to mention the company I work for and the deal I am trying to
negotiate between the UKHA and them?

Subject: [ukha_d] Interesting data/power sockets

Now I hope you've all run enough Cat5 to your kitchens....

It's a pop-up socket containing power & data sockets and looks pretty
nifty
:-)
see: http://tinyurl. <http://tinyurl.com/2fkaoo>
com/2fkaoo
or ebay.co.uk item # 220215924718

Stated as being suitable for offices and/or kitchens, they claim to
have a waterproof seal to prevent water ingress.

They also do "drag-up" versions which are a bit cheaper, e.g.
ebay.co.uk item # 320227421605
The implication from the description is that these don't have the
waterproof/resistant seal.

I've no connection with the ebay seller, but I have ordered some cable
ports from them (awaiting delivery).

Cheers,

Tim
