Yes, TurboLister is the thing you want. Download it from Ebay direct.

Set up a dummy item with the usual, "Don't bid for this unless you
really
want it" type stuff, you can just, err, recycle the text from a good
listing
that you've seen recently. Copy that 'template' a few dozen times, then
change the title, add the photo, add a bit of decription, check the postage
is enough and save it. When you're all done, just click upload... sorted...
