RE: 19" Rack that can be taken apart?
I've got two of these:

I did a lot of searching and these were by far the best looking racks and
they were also the cheapest! They do a flat pack option but oddly you
actually pay more for this - as with others I've seen. They are pretty
heavy, so in your case flat pack is also good from purely a lifting point
of view, let alone getting it through a loft hatch!
If money's no object, they also do a FI rack which is made of aluminium and
looks even nicer but at approx double the cost!
I'd recommend the PI wholeheartedly :)
