This TV is very good if you are only going to watch SD stuff, but if

e thinking of getting Sky HD or BD in the near future then I would look

a 1080p set.

BTW the SD card reader on Panasonic is useful - makes the telly into a

t digital photo frame.

I'm currently tempted by the John Lewis deal for the Panasonic TH42PX80=20
(=A3649).

My living room is quite small, so the distance I sit from my current TV=20
is only about 6 feet.

Now, I've gone into John Lewis (and Comet) to look at the TV up close=20
and the picture looks perfectly fine to me but will long term viewing=20
at that distance make my eyes explode (or at least uncomfortable)?
