A bit of news from my order...

I ordered with O2 online (upgrade) on the morning of 7th after a few
attempts and before the site fell over then heard nothing from
them.... presumed it hadn't gone thro'.....but...... 9am this morning
I got an order confirmation emails ("Thank you for your O2 order"
and
"Important news about your O2 Upgrade" subject of emails)

Now, just got "Your O2 Upgrade Confirmation" email with DHL
tracking
number in it (not yet active on DHL.com) - so it looks
hopeful....although they seem to be delivering to my home address not
office that I specified when ordering. Looks like a "work from
home"
day on Friday then....!

www.o2.co.uk/trackyourorder says "Complete" as status also.

Fingers crossed.....
