hello there

Depending on ho jiggy you want to get with customising the interface -
this one is basic but still allows you to change stuff.  Does what it
says on the tin - simply generates thumbnails on the fly from jpegs in
your specified folders.

I've used it once before and found it really quick and easy to set up
- even spent a little of the time saved to make it look less like an
iPhoto image gallery export!!
