Simple universal RF remote control needed

Having finally got my Node 0 physically finished (cabling wise at
least) I
have temporarily set up a micro hifi to run my in-ceiling speakers while I
consider which multi-room system to go for. What I now need is a simple
learning remote control with RF extender so I can control the hifi from
several rooms. I don't want to spend too much as I have a URC MX3000 in
storage that I could press into service or I could add an activity to my
Logitech Harmony 895 but would prefer a simple remote that could be used by
the kids without worrying about them trashing it.



Any recommendations from anyone?
