3V AC/DC PSU for mounting in a back box/wall?

Anyone know of a mains input PSU that will give 3V DC output AND can
be mounted within an electrical back box in a wall? I know there are
thousands of wall wart type PSU's but I want something small enough to fit
in a back box and be permanently wired to mains.
