Subject: [ukha_d] Node0 design pics and extract fan...

I've updated my gallery with some still image visualisations of my new
node=
0 in the loft - it's physically not too far off being completed now with
pl=
asterboard and plastering still to go:

http://www.siliconpixel.com/gallery/main.php/loft/Node0/

There are also a few pics of my ventilation solution to help keep Node0
coo=
l (well, at least at ambient outside air temps if needed). This involves a
=
very powerful Vent Axia Powerflow fan, a duct attenuator (around 10dB
atten=
uation at the important frequencies) and 200mm insulated flexi ducting.
The=
insulation is to help absorb some of the airflow and fan noise. Control is=
via a standard Vent Axia variable speed controller - I still need to take =
it apart and see if I can hack it to interface to it and control at least
2=
-3 speeds. The Vent Axia fan that allows full interfacing and remote
contro=
l was over =A31000!!!

Hope it's of some interest?...

Paul.
