Same problem here. Also had a problem finding plates with double F
type
connectors on them for video. In the end I used blank Volex plates (to
match
the rest in the house) drilled them and fitted my own connectors. Worked
very well and much easier and cheaper.

Another option would be to use 2 or 5 amp sockets which are normaly used
for
lighting. They look tidy and would work well with speakers but are only an
option if you don't use the sockets elsewhere in the house as you don't
want
any risk of mixing mains level and speaker level devices - big bang !
