Re: Driving HD LCD from PC

Dave,

Depends on the graphics capability of your laptop - you might not have
enough memory.
Start/Run then type dxdiag - click on display and it will give you the
details.

Simon

Subject: [ukha_d] Driving HD LCD from PC

Hi all,

Is it possible to hook up my PC to my Full HD LCD TV (1920 x 1080)?

I have tried the Laptop into the VGA input but get no display. I think is a
resolution issue. Laptop is 1280 x 800 display. If I connect it during boot
up, there is a display that auto adjusts until Windows starts then nothing.
I have selected dual displays in the setup but still nothing.

Any ideas how to get this to work?

Ideally I am looking to use the TV for a games machine display later on.

Dave...
