Heatmiser - advice please?!

I know this area's been discussed but not finding the answers i'm
looking for as yet!!

I'd like to replace my basic room thermostat with something a bit
cleverer, ideally that I can connect to the network and have remote
access to, googling brings up this  http://tinyurl.com/2pzvj4 as an
option, price is good under =A350, and it's got the programming features
I need, only thing it doesn't have is the networking side,

So....looking at the site there's the pc link option which is a
bucketload of cash!! ...Can anyone reccomend something similar that
will give me what I'm looking for?

I have a combi boiler so I'm just looking for a replacement room stat
that will give me network connectivity to amend programs?!
