They do seem to be wireless or standalone but not ethernet.

You would probably be best buying a wireless model and adding a wireless
access point if needed.
I live in a 1930s house with very thick walls, the wireless works perfectly
all around the house.
(The phone is rubbish but thats another story)

Looks like it does not do video but there is always the
