BT problem - one for Mr D probably.

Got a problem with a BT line in a house where the occupier is
complaining
that when the phone rings its just a constant ring instead of ring-ring.
We've checked our bit and its definately ok - but she still has the problem
with any phone just plugged in the master.

She has spoken to BT who have helpfully informed her - no fault on the
line...

Anyone (especially Mr Doxey) seen this before - i'd like to be able to tell
the client what the problem is so she can relay it to BT.
