RE: [OT] Anti-virus / anti-spyware other essential programs?
We are AVG resellers and have yet to have a customer come back with an

with AVG. Off the top of my head, we've had AVG products out there for over
3 years so far.
The AVG Internet Security product is on special offer at present, cover up
to 3 PC's with AV, malware, spyware and firewall for just over =A350+vat
fo=
r a
2 year license. We can do this at a discount, if interested give me a shout
off list.

I would also recommend running some anti-spyware stuff as well - I use=20
Ad-aware and Spybot, because they both seem to catch different things
