It looks to me like they normally supply a momentary action 2-pole
switch - so that you get a up and down action and centre position is
off - fairly typical for blinds. The second pole is switching neutral.
I don't know about local wiring codes and whether the neutral
disconnection is strictly required. The mains gets connected to either
an "up" or a "down" winding and this is supported by
something like a
DRH-001 module, which has two SPCO relays you can connect to give an
on/off relay and a direction change. You'd need to fuse the supply, so
isolation could be done in whatever the Spanish equivalent of a fused
spur switch is.
Cortex supports connecting different configurations of motor windings
to a DRH and then "translates" this into higher level functions
of up
and down, also supporting limit switches and timings to allow partial
opening.
